We strongly recommend the following:

• Solid oak/maple/walnut and wood veneer in Stained, Solid Lacquered, and Dyed Lacquered finishes to be cleaned with a lightly damped microfiber cloth, followed by a wipe over immediately after with a dry microfiber cloth.
• No chemicals or cleaning products to be used for cleaning of any items as any cleaning agent may cause damage to or alter the process of staining, lacquering, metals, and finish of the product that was of the manufacturer's desired result
• Marble surfaces are to be cleaned with a lightly damped microfiber cloth, followed by a wipe over immediately after with a dry microfiber cloth.
• No chemicals or cleaning products to be used for cleaning of any marble surfaces as any cleaning agent may cause damage or marks to the marble surface.
• Every lacquered item has been treated with heat resistant, UV resistant coating. However, our furniture, lighting, and accessories are recommended to be used indoors to avoid overexposure of heat and UV rays.
• No chemicals or cleaning products to be used for cleaning of any leather/fabric surfaces as any cleaning products not recommended by AKAR DE NISSIM may cause damage to the material.
• Do avoid placing any high temperature items in close/direct contact with any surfaces in marble, stained wood, lacquered wood, metals, and exotic materials, such as buffalo horn, tahiti shell, straw, as this may cause damage to or alter the process of staining, lacquering, metals, and finish of the product that was of the manufacturer’s desired result.
