The quality standards conveyed by our master craftsmen, using a specific know-how in woodworking and lacquering that was passed down from generations before. Each craftsman is highly skilled, with every step meticulously handled and handmade. Every creation is made-to-order with an average lead time of 10-12 weeks. Each creation starts from our selection of noble materials, from maple and walnut, to marble and exotic materials such as Tahiti shell mother-of-pearl. 10 layer lacquering process

10 Layer Lacquering Process

The foundation of lacquering is of utmost importance to set the tone for its final result. With at least 4 layers of primer, the lacquering process begins with precision and care at the onset, prepared to absorb the richness of applied colour. With any colour on the Pantone palette, we will colour match at least 95% to stay true to your desired hue.

For the best protection and appearance, multiple layers of varnish are applied to seal in the rich colour tones, followed by hand polishing using up to 3000 grit sandpaper until desired shine and smoothness reach maximum potential.

Every layer of this process requires at least 24 hours in between, and its development cannot be rushed. With utmost care in our quality standards, we ensure that every creation is handled with uncompromising care and craftsmanship.
